HELMET FITTING: Only a properly fitted helmet of the correct size can offer maximum protection. Fit the helmet so that it protects the forehead. Fasten the straps under the lower jaw, as close to the throat as possible. Make sure that the straps do not cover the ears. Before each use, check the fit of the helmet and readjust it if necessary.
