Bundgaard prewalkers are part of the “Bundgaard Zero Heel” collection.

Bundgaard shoes for first steps are suitable for narrow to normal wide feet, low to medium instep.

Description and specifications 

• It is a cute, little handmade shoe that fits snugly on the foot and provides good support around the ankle, giving the child the best possible conditions for the very first steps.
• Fit is wide, for natural development of the foot with adjustable opening, a narrow opening and heel cap ensure a perfect fit on narrow or wide feet.
• The shoe has velcro clousure for a perfect fit.
• The shoe has a extra padding on the upper edge that makes them soft and comfortable to wear, including when the child is crawling.
• An extra leather layer on the toe protects against wear when the child is crawling, and a toe cap reinforcement that protects small toes against impact, and ensure room for movement.
• The soles can be removed to ensure fit and cleaning inside the shoe.
• Intended for indoor use.

Recommended growing room: 10-12 mm.

Maintenance: It is a good idea always to impregnate shoes before use, so that dirt, grease, and liquid do not penetrate the leather. We recommend that the impregnating product is chosen carefully. Leather is a natural material, and each product is unique. In time it will need a little care as it will look and feel a little dry. Start by wiping the shoe with a hard-wrung damp cloth and let the shoe dry (avoid suede). Then use polish or leather grease on the shoe. When it has dried completely – preferably overnight – the shoe can be treated again for even better result.
