Make your way of walking as natural as possible. Nature has made our feet flexible and strong - it's up to us to push off the ground. That's why Ahinsa makes shoes that respect nature's work. Lightweight and flexible, these barefoot shoes have plenty of room for the foot to function naturally:
- They stimulate the brain centres
- Activate long muscle chains throughout the body
- Strengthen the deep stabilisation system
Free your feet with Ahinsa barefoot shoes:
- An anatomical design with a wide forefoot provides ample room for the toes and prevents pinching
- thin sole stimulates nerve endings, enhances balance, terrain awareness and protects the foot
- the flat sole helps to improve the body's centre of gravity and improves posture.
- flexible materials do not restrict the foot and stimulate its natural strengthening
- lightness gives even more freedom to the foot and does not fatigue it

What is my size?
- Place a blank A4-sized paper on a flat, smooth and even surface.
- Step onto the paper with all your weight on the leg.
- Use a pen/pencil to mark the heel and your longest toe.
- Measure the distance between these two points with a ruler.
- The number obtained is the length of your foot.
- Add an extra 0.5-1.2 cm to the length of the foot, and you will get the ideal inner length of your shoe.
- Find your ideal shoe size by referring to the above size chart and your ideal inner length.
AHINSA
Ahinsa is a Czech brand of barefoot and comfort footwear designed by physiotherapy experts. The high quality materials chosen to make their shoes are based on ethical and environmentally friendly sourcing:
- CF+ leather
This is a cruelty-free material that at first glance is indistinguishable from leather. On second glance, it does: it lasts much longer and moulds to your feet from the first time you wear it. In CF+ shoes (90% polyamide and 10% polyurethane), your feet can breathe freely and stay dry.
- CF+ nubuck and suede
They provide style with a clear conscience. Suede and nubuck are made from animal skin and are consequently high maintenance. That's why Ahinsa found another way - CF+ animal-free nubuck and suede - are breathable, durable and ethically produced.
- Hemp
The strong fibres of hemp fabric protect your feet from the sun, keep them cool and allow them to breathe. Even better, hemp shoes are durable - their fibres are some of the strongest natural fibres in the world.
- Cruelty-free fur
Keeps your feet warm even in the harshest temperatures. A special membrane wicks sweat away from your feet.
- Airnet
The Airnet membrane keeps your feet breathing, wicks away sweat and keeps you more comfortable in your footwear than ever before.
- Ahinsa Phira
The material, called Phira, is made from discarded textiles that have been sorted, cleaned and dismantled. They are turned into new fibres for new fabrics, which are used to make every pair of shoes.
- Ahinsa Malai
A 100% biodegradable material made from cellulose produced by special bacteria from waste coconut water. This material is ideal for making Ahinsa Malai sandals.
- Ahinsa CF UltraDry
Looks like leather but is much better. 60% of this lining is made from corn polymer, a natural material that is not genetically modified and can be easily recycled. It's also a great sweat wicker, absorbing up to 8 times its weight in water, so your feet stay dry.
- Lifo+ sole
It'll take you over any terrain. It's as thin, light and flexible as your feet. It's reliable even on wet surfaces and highly resistant to abrasion.
CLEANING: Clean gently, treat with waterproofing.
ORIGIN: Czech Republic and Croatia.
