The Woom READY helmet in pale grey (XS 46-50 cm)

Woom READY Helmet is designed with children's head shapes in mind, ensuring a perfect fit as your child grows. The updated helmet is now compatible with an LED light, which fits all sizes of the READY helmet. The LED rear light is a smart addition that improves visibility at night or in fog. It clips directly into the helmet and lasts up to 10 hours. The splash- and impact-resistant light automatically turns off after four minutes of non-use.

USAGE

The helmet is suitable for cyclists, rollerbladers, and skateboarders. The special design provides excellent protection for the back of the head.

It meets European and US safety standards: CE, EN 1078, U.S. CPSC 1203.

VISOR

The specially designed visor provides protection from rain and sun while preventing facial injuries in the event of a fall. The maximum cushioning comes from a non-toxic elastomer combined with a honeycomb-like structure. Safety comes first!

MAGNETIC CLOSURE

The child-friendly magnetic closure system is easy to use, allowing for one-handed fastening, even when wearing gloves. Additionally, it prevents pinching of skin or hair.

REFLECTIVE ELEMENTS

The READY helmet is equipped with several reflective elements. There is a logo on each side, two straps, and details on the dial for adjusting the internal circumference. This ensures your child is visible at all times – even in the dark and in fog. The rear LED light with recharging capability further enhances visibility for added safety.

HELMET DESIGN

Using the latest technology, the outer shell is directly connected to the inner layer (in-mold design). This reduces the overall weight of the helmet while maintaining long-term stability. The second layer in the mold at the lower edge increases durability. Robust, lightweight, and durable.

ADJUSTMENT SYSTEM

The internal adjustment system consists of a cushioned ring that goes all the way around your child’s head. Simply rotate the large, non-slip dial to tighten or loosen the ring. The helmet will fit your child perfectly with just a twist of the wrist. The internal size adjustment system allows for fine-tuning for enhanced comfort and safety. The large, convenient rotating dial on the back is easy to use, even by a child.

ADJUSTABLE VISOR

The adjustable visor is an innovative feature that acts as a shield against the sun and rain, while also offering protection for your child’s face in case of a fall. The helmet is designed to absorb impacts thanks to its energy-absorbing material and special structure.

ROUND STRAPS

Thanks to the round shape and full length, the straps always stay in the correct position and cannot twist. Perfect for maximum comfort.

PADDING

The padding in the READY helmet is made from soft, absorbent material with no scratchy edges or awkward seams. Combined with the perfect fit, your child will have a helmet that sits comfortably on their head. The pads can be easily removed for washing and put back when dry. Hand wash and air dry is recommended.

HELMET FITTING

Only a helmet of the correct size and properly fitted can provide maximum protection. If the helmet is too tight when your child puts it on, start by turning the size adjustment dial to loosen the system inside. Ensure that the helmet sits flat and covers your child's head properly. The front edge of the helmet should be about 1 cm above your child's nose. Turn the adjustment dial to tighten the internal ring until the helmet fits comfortably. The helmet should not move when your child gently shakes their head. Finish by fastening the chin strap. Before your child wears the helmet for the first time, adjust the chin strap length so that the helmet fits snugly but remains comfortable.

The outer shell and inner shell are directly connected. The edge is protected all around.

WARNING! For optimal protection, the helmet must fit snugly on the head, and the straps must be properly tightened and fastened. Do not use helmets for riding motorcycles or motorized bicycles. Helmets should not be used by children for climbing or other activities where there is a risk of suffocation or hanging if the child becomes caught. This product cannot prevent injury and does not replace adult supervision, but when used properly, it can significantly reduce the risk of injury in case of a fall. If the helmet is involved in a severe impact, the shell may be damaged. In this case, discard the helmet as it may have sustained invisible damage.
