What is my size?

Place a blank A4 paper on a flat, smooth and level surface.
Step on the paper with all your weight on the foot you are measuring.
Mark the heel and longest toe with a pen.
Measure the distance between the marked points with a ruler - this value is the length of your foot.
Add 0.5 to 1.2 cm to your foot length - this will give you the ideal inside length of the shoe.
Find the value closest to your inside length in the table above.
