Short description:

What do you need to know before use?

If possible, have the child jump barefoot or wearing comfortable sports shoes.
The jumps must be soft and we jump only with the front part of the feet, and the heels do not touch the ground.
The body is aligned, knees slightly bent
3-5 cm high enough jumping jacks.
The elbows are aligned with the body, the handles are held with the fingers and the wrists are used for rotation
