Djeco is a French company founded in 1954. In 1960, they won several awards for their products, which were based on helping children to develop. The company then went dormant for almost 30 years, after which they concentrated on importing products that were not available in France at the time. Finding that many of the toys they wanted did not exist, they turned their attention to making toys. Today, they produce a variety of products made of wood, hard cardboard, stickers and various creative kits.
