The warehouse is located at 280 Celovška Street, next to Sanolabor. You can park in front of the warehouse and ring the intercom.

PURCHASE PROCEDURE - PERSONAL COLLECTION

On the website, add the products you want to your basket and select personal collection as the delivery method in the basket.
Payment can be made by card (Visa or Mastercard), Paypal or bank transfer to a transaction account.
In case of payment by invoice, the process will be delayed by 1 working day.
When we prepare your order for personal collection, receive an SMS notification and notification by email.
The opening hours of the warehouse are located above.
The warehouse is located at Celovška cesta 280, 1000 Ljubljana. For easy orientation - the warehouse is located in the Supernova Mercator building in Šiška, the entrance is next to the Sanolabor office.
The lead time for weekday orders is somewhere around 2 hours from the time the order is received (in the case of payment by card or Paypal). The exception to this is if you want an assembly service - there is a delay of around a working day. Please refer to the opening hours of the warehouse and not the shop.

Please note:

• Unfortunately, it is not possible to pick up and prepare your order for the weekend. The opening hours for personal collections are listed above.
• We recommend that you choose card or paypal as your payment method. Orders will be delayed by one working day because payment is made to a transaction account.
• You can only collect your order once you have received a text message or email that your order is ready for personal collection.
