Delivery times and delivery prices

Delivery is made by GLS, and the parcel will arrive at your address within 2-5 radnich dana from the confirmation of your order.
If the seller is not able to deliver all the ordered products, he will contact the buyer (within 48 hours) and arrange a replacement, replacement product or delivery of the ordered product. Other ordered products shall be delivered.

The right of return of products that are not damaged or products that have a hidden manual or defective condition, but which are not damaged during transport, is granted to the Buyer within 60 days of the date of delivery of the consignment. Kakadu d.o.o. shall, on the basis of a request for return or replacement, return the funds to the Customer's account or replace the Product with a new one within thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of the returned Product at the warehouse. In the event that the replaced product cannot be replaced, only the return of the funds shall be possible.
The product must be in its original packaging and with a declaration, invoice, instructions for use and warranty card. The seller is not responsible for any damage and other problems that may arise in the delivery service. In the event of a shortage of the edge, the Buyer is obliged to submit a claim to the delivery agent at the place of delivery. A claim shall not be accepted if the Buyer has, by his own sin, damaged the product or if the damaged product is not in working order.
