Before buying a bike, your children can try it out in our shop first. Woom test bikes are always available for testing in the shop; for other bikes, you can contact the shop and ask if the bike might already be assembled in the shop. Buy in a shop:The website shows the current stock of bikes. Bikes that are in stock in the shop are immediately available for purchase. Woom test bikes are not available for sale and are not included in the stock display on the website.2. Payment in store and collection at the warehouse:If the bike is not in stock in the shop but is in stock in the warehouse, you can buy it in the shop and pick it up immediately in the warehouse. Due to the changed opening hours of the warehouse, this is possible after the following schedule:
Mondays between 9:00 and 19:00,
Tuesday to Friday between 9:00 and 14:30.
Because the warehouse closed on Saturdays, payment in store and collection at the warehouse on that day not possibleIf you would like to buy a bike on Saturday and you notice on the website that the product is not in stock in the shop, please let us know at least one working day in advance so that we can bring the product from the warehouse and have it ready for you in advance. You can let us know by sending an e-mail to [email protected] or by calling 040 792 979.3. Online orderYou can also order your bike online. The following options are available:
home delivery via DPD; parcels are dispatched from the warehouse between Monday and Friday around 12 noon, with delivery times between one and three working days,
personal collection at the warehouse - these are possible during the warehouse opening hours (mentioned in point 2); if you can only collect your parcel on a Saturday when the warehouse is closed, please let us know at least one working day in advance so that we can bring your order from the warehouse and prepare it in the shop.
Online orders paid by credit card or PayPal are usually ready the same day (except Saturdays). Orders paid by bank transfer to TRR are usually ready the next working day or as soon as we can see the funds in our account.4. Assembling the bikeWe can also assemble the bike for you, which usually increases the lead time. When placing an online order, select "ASSEMBLY SERVICE" from the menu next to the item.
