Durable ThermoGrip stitched outsole (5 mm thick + 3 mm profile) with more pronounced lugs on the forefoot and heel
Convenient rear loop for easy carrying
Upper part with water-repellent coating
Barefoot footwear with all the key features for natural foot movements:
- flexible sole does not restrict the foot muscles during walking
- flat sole supports correct body posture
- wide finger compartment allows fingers to spread naturally
- lightweight footwear for a light step

What is my size?

Place a blank A4 sheet of paper on a flat, smooth and even surface.
Step on the paper with all the weight on the leg you are measuring.
Mark the heel and the longest toe with a pen.
Use a ruler to measure the distance between the two marked points - this value is the length of the foot.
Add 0.5 to 1.2 cm to the length of your foot to get the ideal inner length of the shoe.
In the table above, find the value that corresponds to your calculated internal length.
