What is my size?

1. Place a blank A4 sheet of paper on a flat, smooth and even surface.
2. Step on the paper with all the weight on the leg you are measuring.
3. Mark the heel and the longest toe with a pen.
4. Use a ruler to measure the distance between the two marked points - this value is the length of the foot.
5. Add 0.5 to 1.2 cm to the length of your foot to get the ideal inner length of the shoe.
6. In the table above, find the value closest to your resulting internal length, but not exceeding +1.2 cm of added space.
