The bike is suitable for children from 6 years and upwards or for children from 122 cm and upwards. To ensure that children can reach the ground with their feet, make sure that the leg length at the crotch is at least 58 cm (up to 69 cm).
The advantage of Puky bikes compared to many other manufacturers is the adjustment of seat height and handlebar height. This makes this bike extremely long for the child.
The bike frame is made of aluminium. The geometry promises comfort, safety and ride control. The frame is designed to allow the child to dismount the bike comfortably. A plastic chain guard is fitted on the bike to prevent the chain from tearing or soiling the knickers. The soft seat ensures a comfortable sitting position even on longer rides. The bike has a paw pad so the child will have no excuse to drop it on the floor and the bike will be preserved for longer. Braking is done by hand brakes. The adjustable brake lever is adapted to the use of children's hands. The 7-speed freewheel gearbox allows the child to shift gears even when not pedalling or when the bike is stationary.
The bike has a highly resistant protective coating. The paintwork on the frame will therefore not chip if minor damage occurs.
Puky bikes have a strong focus on child safety. Each bike is equipped with a bell, reflectors, safety handles on the handlebars, a protective pad on the handlebars and a plastic guard on the front mudguard.
