Features:

The rear of the helmet is deeply recessed, offering extra protection for smaller heads. The rear part is adapted so as not to disturb children, even when wearing in a child seat or trailer, and offers them maximum comfort. For optimum visibility and safety, a detachable Multi.Fit Light is fitted. The internal mechanism is controlled by the Run System Classic Slide.

HI-EPS: the inner mould of Alpina helmets is made of HI-EPSa (stretchable polystyrene). This material is composed of microscopic small air spaces that effectively absorb the forces generated on impact.

Inmold Tec: In INMOLD helmets, the inner layer is subjected to high pressure and turns heat into foam and sticks under the outer layer. As the inner and outer fully integrated, INMOLD helmets are extremely stable and very light. In addition provide significantly more safety than point-mounted helmets.

CERAMIC SHELL: the name for the outer shell of all Alpina helmets made with procedures Inmold. It is a thin, lightweight material that is highly impact resistant and scratches, contains UV stabilisers and is anti-static.

ERGOMATIC: the buckle, which has been tried and tested countless times, is used on all Alpina helmets. Multi-stage adjustment controlled by with just one hand. Also, the buckle cannot unbuckle by itself in the event of accidents.

Y-CLIP: staple Y: clip connects the front and back straps below the ears. When the buckle can be detached, the straps can be easily repositioned and fine adjustments can be made. This allows optimum helmet adjustment.

Fitting a helmet

For optimum protection, please follow the steps below to fit the helmet:

Place the helmet on your head and open the strap splitting mechanism.
Refit the two ear buds so that they join just below the ear. The ear buds must not overlap the ears. Close the mechanism to separate the ear flaps.
Position the chin strap so that it is both snug and comfortable against the chin. The clasp should not be directly in front of the chin. The length of the chin strap can be adjusted on the buckle. Close the clasp.
Adjust the wheel on the back of the head according to the circumference of the child's head. The helmet should fit snugly and comfortably on the child's head. To offer optimum protection, the helmet should cover the forehead and not be pushed too far to the back of the head.

Alert

This helmet is designed exclusively for cycling, scooters, rollerblades, skateboards and powered scooters. It is not suitable for skiing, climbing, riding or motorcycling. Helmets should not be used by children when climbing or other activities where there is a risk of choking or hanging if a child becomes entangled with the helmet. For this reason, children should not use helmets in playgrounds and especially not on climbing ladders.
