Following the findings of the Market Inspectorate of the Republic of Slovenia, the company Kakadu d.o.o. informs, Pilonova ulica 34, 1000 Ljubljana, KAKADU store, Cesta Ljubljanske brigade 33, 1000 Ljubljana, to all purchasers and users (see also the photo below) of floating aids for learning to swim or HANDRAILS of the brand SWIMPY, type BAMSE art. nr. 34-B000, that the product is not properly marked with warnings in the Slovenian language and the appropriate markings, which means that the non-compliance affects safety and may pose a risk of drowning, etc., as well as not having a specific label with information on the product in the Slovene language, as required by SIST EN 13138-1:2008 or SIST EN 13138-3:2007 Swimming aids for swimming instruction - Safety requirements and test methods in relation to the General Product Safety Act (ZSVP-1, Official Journal of the Republic of Slovenia, No 101/2003).
In order to prevent any risk, we urge all our customers to immediately stop using the aforementioned swimming aids or swimming gloves and return them to our shop KAKADU, Cesta Ljubljanske brigade 33, 1000 Ljubljana or to the head office of KAKADU, Pilonova ulica 34, 1000 Ljubljana. In exchange, you will receive another product or a refund.
