NOTIFICATION CONCERNING A GREY SHARK FIN
Dear Sir or Madam!
Please be informed that the Safety Gate alert system has alerted the public to a dangerous product, the Swimfin shark fin in grey with the ean code 4038867005346. This product is a new safety standard that requires the use of a not very visible in waterwhich poses a risk of drowning if the child has insufficient adult supervision during use. The product also does not contain the necessary warnings about the danger and the need for active adult supervision of the child.
Other products from this manufacturer are not subject to recall.
In the Kakadu shop we sell Swimfin shark fins in different colours, but we will NOT sell this item with the corresponding EAN code.
Despite the fact that our shop did not sell grey shark fins with the corresponding EAN code, we decided to sell the Swimfin Shark Fin in SIVI voluntarily recall the colour. Items purchased between 2022 and 2024 are eligible for return.
If you wish to return the product, please pack the Swimfin Shark Fin in grey and package accordingly:
- send to our warehouse Kakadu, Celovška cesta 280, 1000 Ljubljana. Please enclose: invoice/order number/transaction confirmation, transaction account (IBAN), name, surname, address of the account holder and your telephone number.
- bring it to the Kakadu shop, Cesta ljubljanske brigade 33, 1000 Ljubljana (Supernova Šiška).Please enclose: invoice/order number/transaction confirmation, transaction account (IBAN), name, surname, address of the account holder and your phone number.
