Game description

Like chess, it's a game that's quick to learn but hard to really master. If you are a fan of abstract games with deep strategic content, then this is the game for you.

Rules of the game

Players each choose their colour of pieces. There are 8 pieces in total, divided into pairs. Each player gets two balls, two rollers, two cones and two dice. The playing board is 4×4 squares, and is also divided into 4 quadrants of 2×2. When a player has a turn, he must place one of his pieces on the board. The only restriction is that he may not place a piece of a particular shape in a row, column or quadrant that already contains an opponent's piece of the same shape. If a player is unable to place any of his pieces anywhere, he immediately loses the game. The player whose piece completes a set of 4 different shapes within the same quadrant, row or column wins - not all pieces need to be the same colour. The set contains a game board, 16 wooden pieces and instructions.
