Description and specifications:

• Tailor-made sole looks like a perfectly ordinary sole, but has all the features of a barefoot shoe. Z less than 5 mm thickness is extremely flexible, allowing natural foot movement and sensory feedback to the brain.

How to choose the right size:

1. You will need a sheet of paper and a pen.
2. Place your foot on the sheet of paper so that you have heel against the wall.
3. Mark where it ends on the sheet your longest finger. The longest is usually the thumb or index finger.
4. It is important that measure both feetas you can have one longer than the other.
5. Measure the lengths indicated.
6. The manufacturer's recommendation is that add 8 mm to 12 mm to the larger measured length, at smaller measured lengths of 6 mm to 10 mm.
7. Check the size chart to see which size fits you.

EXAMPLE: You have measured that your foot is 26.4 cm long from the heel to the longest toe.

1. First add 8 mm to 12 mm to the length of 26,4 cm.
2. The optimum shoe for your foot should be between 27.2 cm and 27.6 cm.

Choice of insert thickness: Inserts of different thicknesses can help you to regulate the spaciousness of the shoe:

• If you feel that your shoes correspond in length to, but you feel that the foot over the nart, or in general difficult to fix, try a shoe with thicker (5 mm) insert.
• Conversely, if you feel that you shoes fit to length, but over the nart or in general print, try a shoe with thinner (3 mm) insert.

* Remark: If you are choosing between two sizes, you can consider the following factors: if you have no experience with barefoot shoes, you might prefer a smaller size that gives you the feel of barefoot walking, and the transition between regular shoes and barefoot shoes will not be as sharp. If you already have experience with barefoot footwear, you may find that a larger size would suit you, or, judging by your own experience, you can already determine how much space you need. Also consider the possibility that wearing socks adds a millimetre to the length of your foot, so also consider the thickness of the socks you will be wearing so that they don't get too tight.

Use and maintenance: After each use, store the shoes in an open, well-ventilated area. We recommend that you clean your trainers only with a damp cloth. Do not machine wash or use a tumble dryer. If your shoes get wet due to rain, sweat or other factors, make sure they are completely dry before storing them on a shoe rack.
When exposed to moisture, the colour can migrate from the darker parts of the sneaker to the lighter parts, which is a natural consequence of wearing sneakers in humid conditions. Such colour travel is a natural property of dark coloured materials. If your trainers do get wet, put paper towels in them to absorb the moisture and leave the shoes to dry naturally (away from direct sunlight and other heat sources).
