What is my size?
1. Place the blank paper on a flat, smooth and even surface.
2. Step on the paper with all the weight on the leg you are measuring.
3. Mark the end of the heel and the longest toe with a pen.
4. Measure the distance between the two marked points with a ruler - this value is the measured length of the foot.
5. Add 0.5 to 1.2 cm to the measured length of your foot to get the ideal inner length of the shoe.
6. In the table above, find the value closest to (but not greater than!) your ideal inside shoe length.
